Fees
You're entitled to acupuncture treatment for most ACC-related injuries, even if you've already been treated by another provider — like an osteopath or physio — for the same injury, regardless of how many sessions you've had with them.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling 24+ hours before your appointment incurs no charge. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will be charged 50% of the fee. No-shows, or cancellations within one hour of your appointment, will be charged the full appointment fee. We try to keep costs as low as possible, so this policy is maintained strictly — work commitments can't be accepted as a reason for a late cancellation.
