Your booking and clinical information is stored securely through Cliniko, a dedicated practice management system with its own security safeguards. General enquiries sent via our website are received through our email provider. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only retain it for as long as necessary, or as required by law.

We don't sell or share your information for marketing purposes. We may share relevant information with ACC, or with another health practitioner involved in your care (such as your GP, physiotherapist, or osteopath), where this is necessary for your treatment or an ACC claim.
