Not a substitute for medical advice

The information on this website, including blog content and general descriptions of conditions or techniques, is provided for general interest only. It isn't a substitute for individual clinical assessment, and shouldn't be used to self-diagnose or replace advice from your GP or another qualified health professional. Treatment plans are only given following an in-person consultation.

Bookings and cancellations

Appointments can be booked directly through our online booking system. Our full cancellation policy, including fees for late cancellations and no-shows, is set out on the Booking page and applies to every appointment made.

ACC claims

Where treatment is provided under ACC, you're responsible for ensuring you have a current, valid ACC claim before treatment begins. Family Acupuncture cannot lodge a new ACC claim on your behalf — this needs to happen through your GP, physiotherapist, or osteopath.

Website content and intellectual property

The text, photography, and design on this website belong to Family Acupuncture and its photographers, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photography credits appear in the site footer.

Liability

While we take care to ensure the information on this site is accurate, we make no guarantees about its completeness or suitability for your particular situation. To the extent permitted by law, Family Acupuncture is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website.
